Triad Health & Fitness used to be located at the Southeast corner of Grand River and Haggerty, but we moved to the Southeast corner of 10 Mile Road and Haggerty. Unfortunately, there is still the old sign at the old location, causing confusion for people looking for Triad Health & Fitness for the first time. Causing further confusion, another Karate school has moved into our old location. Some people looking for our karate school, have seen the Karate sign at the old location and mistakenly believe they have found our school when they have not.

Please see the photo's and directions on the right to correctly locate our school. Feel free to visit the school up the street at our old location and compare, but before making a decision on your martial arts training you owe it to yourself to visit our school watch our practice. We are confident after watching our class, that if you are interested in great exercise, friendly people, a fun atmosphere, an effective self-defense, and The Original Okinawan Karate, you will find that with here with us at Health & Fitness.
